up the matches tonight. The Unholy
Alliance commited the crime of the century, well sortof, when they stole The
Acolytes beer and got trashed before a match.
Tonight, The Acolytes look to show The Unholy Alliance what happens when
one covets The Acolytes beer. Kaz
Hayashi upset Dean Malenko for the Television Title causing 'The Shooter' to
snap and join forces with Al Snow and Steve Blackman. Tonight in Six Man Tag Team action it's
Malenko, Snow and Blackman against the Jung Dragons. The war between the former Too Cool has
escalated to tonight's big Manchester Death Match as Scotty Taylor and Brian
Christopher fight it out one more time.
Masato Tanaka has waged war against the Latino World Order and tonight
he gets his hands on Eddy Guerrero. Two
men that have been effected by The Elite's actions are Booker T and Mike
Awesome leading to both men wanting in the Main Event but they'll have to fight
it out here tonight with the winner going on to referee the Main Event. Last night in London, Juventud Guerrera and
Papi Chulo upset The Hardy Boyz for the WPW World Tag Team Titles with the help
of a masked man, tonight, The Hardy Boyz look to reclaim their gold. Then in the Main Event it's the Ultimate
Survival Match where The Elite will fight to protect Owner Mick Foley from
Goldberg while the opposition will fight for Ric Flair's commissioner
power. Last month at Battle Ground, Mick
Foley laid out Chris Jericho allowing Triple H to become World Heavyweight
Champion. We then had a formation of a
new Elite with Triple H, Kidman, Kurt Angle and Ken Shamrock. The next night The Elite issued the challenge
for an Ultimate Survival match which was accepted by Jericho, Chris Benoit,
Sting and the returning Goldberg! Over
the past month the feud between these two groups has intensified to the maximum
and tonight we'll find out who can and will survive! All of that tonight as WPW hits England for
MANCHESTER MASSACRE, live on PAY-PER-VIEW... We then went live
inside the MEN Arena in Manchester, England where fireworks went off and the
crowd cheered. We headed to the
announcers table where Scott Hudson and Jerry 'The King' Lawler welcomed us to
the show then sent us to the ring to kick things off... Opening Match: The Acolytes v. The Unholy Alliance. "Ironman" by Black Sabbath blasted
through the loudspeakers as The Acolytes made their way out to the ring
first. Then, "Bombtrack" by
Rage Against The Machine blared over the PA as Sinister Minister led The Unholy
Alliance out to the ring. Whipwreck and
Tajiri had more serious looks on their faces as they went into the ring against
Faarooq and Bradshaw. Faarooq and Tajiri
started things out for their respective teams.
Faarooq hit punches on Tajiri then sent him into the ropes but Tajiri
came off with an elbowsmash and a dropkick.
Tajiri sent Faarooq into the ropes but Faarooq hit Tajiri with a
lariat. Faarooq pounded away on Tajiri
until Tajiri hit a dropkick to the knee of Faarooq then a dropkick to the back
of his head. Tajiri then made the tag to
Mikey Whipwreck. Whipwreck and Tajiri
whipped Faarooq into the ropes and went for a double clothesline but Faarooq
countered it with a double clothesline of his own. Faarooq made the tag to Bradshaw. Bradshaw came in and cleared the ring of
Tajiri then went to work on Whipwreck.
Bradshaw controlled Whipwreck until Whipwreck hit a dropkick and a
single arm DDT on Bradshaw. Whipwreck
tagged in Tajiri and they hit Bradshaw with a double dropkick then the rolling
leg lock. This match continued on back
and forth with The Unholy Alliance holding their own against the bigger and
more powerful Acolytes. The closing
moments of the match would see Mikey Whipwreck and Bradshaw going at it. Whipwreck went for a Frankenmikey but
Bradshaw countered it with a power bomb!
Bradshaw made the cover but Tajiri broke it up. Faarooq came in but the referee made him get
out. This gave Mikey enough time to tag
in Tajiri. Tajiri came in but got caught
with a big boot from Bradshaw. Bradshaw
sent Tajiri into the ropes and CLOTHESLINE FROM HELL! NO! Tajiri ducks it and
thrust kick to the head of Bradshaw!
Spinning thrust kick!
ENZUIGIRI! Tajiri makes the cover
for one ... two ... NO! Tajiri kicked
Bradshaw in the legs several times and BRAIN BUSTER! Tajiri amazingly hit the Brain Buster on
Bradshaw! Tajiri makes the cover... ONE... TWO... ...THR...FAAROOQ
breaks the pin! Whipwreck comes in and
hits a WHIPPERSNAPPER on Faarooq!
Faarooq rolls to the outside and Whipwreck hits a plancha! Bradshaw was getting up and Tajiri kicked him
in the mouth once, twice, three times!
Bradshaw's mouth is bloody and Bradshaw has a glazed look in his
eyes! Tajiri ... BRAIN BUSTER! Tajiri hits a second Brain Buster on
Bradshaw! Tajiri makes the cover, one
... two ... THREE! The Unholy Alliance
has upset The Acolytes! Tajiri and
Whipwreck had psychotic looks on their faces while Sinister Minister cackled
away. Bradshaw wiped the blood from his
mouth and cursed to himself while Faarooq said this wasn't over... WINNERS: The Unholy Alliance in 8:06. Rating: ** Match #2: Dean Malenko & Al Snow & Steve Blackman
v. Jung Dragons. "What Is Fight
Club?" by Dust Brothers came over the PA as 'The Shooter' Dean Malenko, Al
Snow and 'The Lethal Weapon' Steve Blackman headed out to the ring. Then, "Somebody Someone" by KoRn
blared over the PA as the Jung Dragons' Kaz Hayashi, Jinsei Shinzaki, and
Tatsuhito Takaiwa made their way out to the ring. Blackman and Shinzaki started things out with
Blackman taking down Shinzaki with a roundhouse right. Blackman went for a side kick but Shinzaki
ducked out of the way and hit some chops.
Shinzaki hit a backdrop suplex on Blackman then went for a headbutt but
Blackman rolled out of the way. Blackman
went up to the second turnbuckle and came off with a axehandle but Shinzaki
countered it with a shot to the midsection and a DDT. Shinzaki would tag out to Kaz Hayashi. Hayashi chopped Blackman then sent Blackman
into the ropes but Blackman came off with a dropkick then made a tag to Al
Snow. Snow came in with a dropkick of
his own on Kaz. Snow and Hayashi
exchanged reversals and pinning combonations on the mat but neither could get a
three count. Hayashi would tag out to
Takaiwa and hit Snow with a dropkick then Takaiwa caught Snow with a german
suplex for two. This six man continued
back and forth with some fast paced action but a lot of mat wrestling and
technical wrestling. The closing moments
of the match would see Dean Malenko and Tatsuhito Takaiwa trading chops then
Malenko sent Takaiwa into the ropes. Kaz
Hayashi made a blind tag to the back of Takaiwa. Malenko caught Takaiwa with a double leg
takedown then went for the Texas Cloverleaf but Kaz Hayashi came in and caught
Malenko with the SLINGSHOT DDT! Hayashi
made the cover for the one ... two ... THREE!
The WPW Television Champion, Kaz Hayashi gains another pinfall on Dean
Malenko and a win for the Jung Dragons. WINNERS: Jung Dragons in 9:08. Rating: * 3/4 Match #3: Brian Christopher v. Scotty Taylor - Manchester
Death Match. "Full Of Hell" by
Entombed blared over the PA as Brian Christopher came out of the entrance with
his fists taped. Christopher sent Trish
Stratus to the back for her own good.
Then, "Country Grammar" by Nelly blared over the PA as Scotty
"Too Hotty" Taylor headed out to the ring for the big blowoff in this
feud. The winner has to gain a fall on
his opponent then his opponent has a 10 count to get to their feet. Scotty grabbed Brian and tossed him out of
the ring and the brawl began on in the entrance aisle back and forth. Taylor grabbed a chair from a fan and hit
Christopher in the back. Taylor pounded
on Brian some more then threw him back into the ring. Christopher kicked Taylor low then began pounding
on him with right hands then a suplex.
Christopher stomped away and controlled Taylor. Christopher sent Taylor into the ropes and
went for a superkick but Taylor dodged it.
Scotty then hit Brian with a clothesline. Taylor took Christopher back out of the ring
and the two fought back and forth on the floor again until Taylor hit a
pumphandle suplex on Christopher for the one, two, three! Christopher beat the count up at 5. Taylor nailed him with a superkick and made a
cover but Brian kicked out. Brian rolled
out of the ring and pulled Taylor's legs out from under him. Brian smashed Taylor's legs against the
guardrail then pulled Scotty out. Brian
pounded on Taylor then hit a full nelson faceslam on the floor. Brian made the cover and got the three
count. Scotty got up at the count of
6. Christopher hit a hotshot on the
guardrail then pulled a table from under the ring. Christopher propped the table up in the
corner of the ring while Taylor rolled back in.
Christopher whipped Taylor towards the table but Taylor stopped
himself. Brian decided to charge in but
Taylor backdropped him through the table.
Instead of making the cover, Taylor picked up Christopher and suplexed
him out of the ring. Taylor then hit
Christopher with a baseball slide dropkick.
Taylor hit Brian some more then Brian came back and sent Taylor into the
crowd. Brian went over the guardrail and
suplexed Taylor back into the concrete.
Brian grabbed a chair from a fan and cranked Taylor in the head. Christopher rolled Taylor back in, went up
top and nailed the Tennessee Jam! That
got a 3 count for Brian. ONE! TWO!
THREE! FOUR! FIVE! SIX! SEVEN! EIGHT! NINE! Taylor's back up! Christopher couldn't believe it so he nailed
Taylor with a superkick and covered for another three count. ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE! SIX! SEVEN!
EIGHT! Taylor's back up! Christopher hit a second superkick then a
piledriver. Christopher refused to make
the cover and went outside and grabbed a chair.
Christopher put the chair on Taylor's face and went up for the Tennessee
Jam but Taylor moved out of the way.
Taylor got the chair and nailed Christopher in the face busting him
open. Taylor set up Christopher and
nailed a liger bomb on the chair!
Taylor's up and he teases the WORM!
No! Taylor goes up top instead
and waits on Christopher and DIVING DDT!

hit the WORM on Brian Christopher then left the ring as Trish Stratus came out
to check on BC. We headed backstage where Michael Cole was with the
Latino World Order, Eddy Guerrero and the new WPW World Tag Team Champions,
Juventud Guerrera and Papi Chulo... Cole: "Last
night in Earl's Court a masked individual screwed The Hardy Boyz out of the
World Tag Team Titles and put them around your waists, Juvy and Papi, now the
people demand to know who was that masked man?" Eddy: "Yeah,
Juvy, Papi, what we're you doing bringing in a new member to the Latino World
Order without checking with me? Who is
it? And why haven't you introduced him
to me? Are you keeping secrets from me?
Speak up!" Juvy: "[Exchanges
words with Papi in Spanish] We ... we,
thought you set it up, Eddy? Didn't
you? We thought it was one of your
plans?" Eddy: "NO,
dumbass! If I had set it up wouldn't you
think I'd know about it? Get your head
together, man! Well, anyways, whoever
this guy is, he did well but I want to know who he is. Now in just a few short minutes, Masato
Tanaka, esae, you step into the ring with Eddy Guerrero, man and you ain't
gonna like the outcome, man because Eddy Guerrero va a batir su asno. I AM GOING TO KICK YOUR ASS!" Match #4: Eddy Guerrero v. Masato Tanaka. "La Raza" came over the PA as the
fans booed the entrance of the leader of the Latino World Order, Eddy Guerrero
to the ring. Then, 'D A N G U N' blared
over the PA as Masato Tanaka made his way out to the ring to face off against
Eddy Guerrero. Tanaka went to lock up
but Guerrero kicked him then hit him with slaps and chops to the chest. Tanaka fired back with a roundhouse right
then a double-axehandle to the back of Guerrero. Tanaka sent Guerrero into the ropes but
Guerrero came off with a clothesline.
Tanaka went down to a knee then got up and knocked down Guerrero with a
short lariat. Tanaka followed that up
with a running forearm smash on Guerrero for two. Tanaka pounded away on Guerrero some more
then hit a vertical suplex. Tanaka sent
Guerrero into the corner and charged in but Guerrero got his feet up. Guerrero then got up on the second turnbuckle
and hit a huracanrana on Tanaka for two.
Guerrero chopped away on Tanaka some more then went for a northern
lights suplex but Tanaka countered it with a gutwrench power bomb for a two
count. This hard hitting, fast paced
contest between Guerrero and Tanaka continued on back and forth for several
minutes. The closing moments of the
match would see Tanaka go for a lariat but Guerrero ducked and hit a reverse
neckbreaker. Guerrero picked up Tanaka
and hit the Gory Special 2000. Guerrero
then went for a brain buster but Tanaka blocked it then hit a brain buster of
his own! Tanaka waited on Guerrero to
get up then went for the ROARING ELBOW but Guerrero ducked and Tanaka nailed
the referee. Tanaka caught Guerrero with
a DDT then pulled him into the corner for the Diamond Dust but the masked man
came out of the crowd and hit Tanaka in the back of the head with a steel
chair. The masked man rolled into the
ring and cranked Tanaka in the head again with a chairshot. Guerrero went up top and connected with the
Frog Splash as the masked man revived the referee. The ref crawled over and counted one ... two
... THREE! Eddy Guerrero defeats Masato
Tanaka thanks to a masked man.. WINNER: Eddy Guerrero in 16:11. Rating: **** 1/4 Afterwards, Guerrero looked at the masked man and told
him to take off his mask and show his face.
The masked man first pulled off his black ski mask to reveal ... CHAVO
GUERRERO JR.! Eddy's nephew! Eddy had a pleasently surprised look on his
face but also looked a little bit cautious as Chavo had an evil grin on his
face. Chavo then stomped Tanaka as he
tried to get up then embraced with Eddy Guerrero. Guerrero grabbed his LWO T-Shirt and tossed
it to Chavo, who put it on. We've got a
fourth member of the Latino World Order in Chavo Guerrero Jr.! Match #5: Mike Awesome v. Booker T - Winner Referees the
Main Event. "Awesome" by
Reckless Fortune blared over the PA as Mike Awesome headed out to the ring to a
mixed reaction from the crowd. Then,
"One More Road" by DMX blared over the PA as Booker T made his way
out to the ring. The winner of this one will
come back out later tonight to referee the Main Event. Awesome and Booker locked up with Awesome
taking down Booker with a short lariat.
Awesome followed that up with a suplex.
Awesome sent Booker T into the corner and hit some shoulderblocks and punches
then pulled Booker T out and hit a jack-knife power bomb for the one ... two
... THR ... NO! Booker T got a shoulder
up! A very early near fall for Mike
Awesome. Awesome picked up Booker T and
hit a front-layout suplex then went for a legdrop but Booker rolled out of the
way. Booker pounded on Awesome with
forearm shots and kicks then sent Awesome into the ropes and hit a vertical
facebuster. Booker followed that up with
an axe kick to the back of Awesome's head for two. Booker tried to send Awesome into the ropes
but Awesome reversed it then picked up Booker and hit a gorilla press
slam. Awesome went up top and came off
with a diving shoulderblock but Booker T side stepped it. Booker T nailed Awesome with a kneelift then
a DDT. Booker pounded on Awesome then
connected with a flying forearm for a two count. Booker T went up top for a Missile Dropkick
but Awesome cut him off and hit a superplex.
Awesome went outside of the ring and grabbed a table from under the
ring. Awesome brought it into the ring
and came in but Booker T caught him with a Harlem Sidekick for two. The match wore on back and forth between the
two men as they laid a beating into eachother with lots of high impact moves. The closing moments of the match would see
Booker T hit a spinebuster slam then went up top for a Harlem Hangover but
Awesome rolled out of the way. Awesome
nailed Booker T with a crushing lariat then headed up top and came off with the
Awesome Splash but Booker T rolled out of the way. Both men were up and Booker T connected with
a Harlem Sidekick then headed back up top.
Booker T came off with the Missile Dropkick but Awesome side stepped
it. Awesome set up the table then hit Booker
T with a kick to the face. Awesome set
up Booker T and went for the Running Awesome Bomb through the table but Booker
dropped down the back of Awesome and NECKWRECKER through the table! Booker T makes the cover... ONE... TWO... ...THREE! THREE!
Booker T pulls out the win over Mike Awesome in a very hard fought
match. Booker T will come back later
tonight to referee the Main Event. WINNER: Booker T

England where a masked individual, now revealed as Chavo Guerrero Jr., helped
Juventud Guerrera and Papi Chulo upset The Hardy Boyz for the World Tag Team
Titles... Match #6: Latino World Order (c) v. The Hardy Boyz - WPW
World Tag Team Titles. "Break
Stuff" by Limp Bizkit blared over the loudspeakers as the challengers, The
Hardy Boyz headed out to the ring first.
The Hady Boyz didn't seem to be a good mood after being screwed out of
the titles last night by a masked man revealed earlier tonight to be Chavo
Guerrero Jr. Then, "La Raza"
came over the PA as the WPW World Tag Tema Champions, Juventud Guerrera and
Papi Chulo of the Latino World Order made their way out to the ring. Matt Hardy and Juventud Guerrera started
things out for their respective teams.
Matt and Juvy traded slaps then Matt hit a snap suplex on Juvy. Matt followed that up with a spinning leg
lariat. Jeff came in and the two hit a
Whisper In The Wind on Juvy. Matt
continued to work away on Juvy on the mat then went up to the second turnbuckle
for a dropkick but Juvy moved. Juvy
chopped away on Matt then hit a series of armdrags followed by a headscissors
takedown. Juvy made the tag to
Papi. They double teamed on Matt then
Papi would hit a moonsault into an armdrag on Matt. Papi tried a standing moonsault but Matt got
the knees up. Matt crawled over and
tagged in Jeff. Jeff nailed Papi with a
leg lariat then slammed him down and hit a ropeflip moonsault. Jeff went up top and came off with a
corkscrew moonsault onto Papi! Juvy came
in but Jeff caught him with a backdrop then went for a frankensteiner but Juvy
turned it into a power bomb. Juvy left
and Papi took control on Jeff. The LWO
made quick tags back and forth working over Jeff. The match continued at a lightning like pace
with tons of innovative maneuvers. All
men would hit some trademark dives during the match as the crowd loved the high
flying, lucha libre style action. The
closing moments of the match would see Papi Chulo and Jeff Hardy going at
it. Hardy sent Chulo into the ropes and
hit a backdrop but in mid-air Chulo turned it into a frankensteiner. Chulo then went up top for the Flying
Frankensteiner but Hardy cut him off and crotched Chulo on the top rope. Jeff made the tag to Matt. Matt nailed Papi with a forearm and Juvy came
in. Matt caught Juvy with an inverted
atomic drop then a fisherman buster!
Chulo was backed into the corner by Matt then The Hardyz hit the Poetry
In Motion on Chulo. Matt sent Juvy into
the other corner and The Hardyz nailed Juvy with the Poetry In Motion. Jeff tossed Juvy out of the ring then hit a
plancha. Matt signalled for the Twist Of
Fate on Papi but EDDY GUERRERO ran out and distracted the referee. Matt hit the Twist Of Fate on Papi but Chavo
Guerrero Jr. came in through the crowd with a chair and laid out Matt then
left. Papi got up and went up top. Chulo came off with the Moonsault on Matt
Hardy and made the cover. Jeff Hardy hit
a Hardy Cutter on Juvy on the outside then quickly went up top and hit a SWANTON
BOMB on Papi Chulo! Jeff put Matt ontop
of Papi then dropkicked Eddy off the apron.
The referee came back and counted ... ONE ... TWO ... THREE! THE HARDY BOYZ regain the WPW WORLD TAG TEAM
TITLES! The Hardy Boyz have foiled the
Latino World Order and are once again WPW World Tag Team Champions! WINNERS: The Hardy Boyz in 15:34. Rating: **** 1/2 (The Hardy Boyz won the WPW World Tag Team Titles.) Main Event: The Elite v. Goldberg & Chris Jericho
& Chris Benoit & Sting - Ultimate Survival. The rules for this match are simple, when a
wrestler is pinned, made submit, DQ'ed or counted out they are eliminated. This continues until one entire team is
eliminated. The stipulations surrounding
the Main Event are if Goldberg's team wins, he gets *5* minuts alone with Mick
Foley directly following the match but if The Elite win then Ric Flair is
stripped of his Commissioner power.
"One More Road" by DMX blared over the PA as the special guest
referee, Booker T made his way out to the ring.
"ONE! TWO! ZIS ON?!" was heard as The Elite emerged from the
entrance in full force along with the Owner of WPW, Mick Foley. The WPW World Heavyweight Champion 'The Game'
Triple H, the WPW Intercontinental Champion 'The American Hero' Kurt Angle,
'The Worlds Most Dangerous Man' Ken Shamrock and Kidman of The Elite enticed
the rabid UK crowd as they got into the ring.
Foley would threaten Booker T saying that he'd ruin him if he didn't
call it fair. Then, "Seek And
Destroy" sounded as Sting walked out of the entrance. "Surfacing" by Slipknot brought
'The Crippler' Chris Benoit out then the lights went out and we counted down,
'5..4..3..2..1' into 'Break Down The Walls' as "Y2J" Chris Jericho
joined Benoit and Sting. Then,
"Invasion..." hit as Goldberg headed out to complete his team. The four then walked to the ring while Booker
T managed to keep them on their sides of the ring then called for the
bell. Goldberg and Triple H started
things off. Goldberg and Triple H faced
off then locked up with Goldberg backing Triple H into the roeps then whipping
him into the ropes and hitting a backdrop.
Goldberg sent Triple H into the ropes and again but HHH came off with a
shoulderblock but Goldberg didn't budge.
Triple H went to the eyes then pounded on Goldberg with right hands then
hit a back suplex. Triple H stayed on
Goldberg choking him and stomping on him.
Triple H tried to whip Goldberg into the ropes but Goldberg countered it
with a short lariat. Goldberg followed
that up with a savate kick then made the tag to Y2J. Jericho came in and peppered Triple H with
right hands. Jericho nailed Triple H
with a dropkick then stomped away on him.
Jericho went for a double underhook backbreaker but Triple countered it
with a backdrop and tagged in Ken Shamrock.
Shamrock hit some right hands then went for a DDT but Jericho countered
it with a northern lights suplex for two.
The match continued on at a fast pace until we had our first
elimination. Sting and Kidman were going
at it and Kidman went for a bulldog but Sting threw him off then hit a
clothesline. Sting sent Kidman into the
corner and nailed a Stinger Splash!
Sting then pulled Kidman out and slammed him down to the mat. Sting set up Kidman and locked him in the
SCORPION DEATHLOCK! Kidman was close to
tapping out but TRIPLE H came in and would PEDIGREE Sting out of the Scorpion
Deathlock! Triple H backed out of the
ring while Kidman went up top and nailed a Shooting Star Press on Sting for the
one ... two ... THREE! Sting has been
eliminated! x Kidman beat Sting in 11:53 Chris Benoit
came into the ring and nailed Kidman with a running lariat. Sting got up and drilled Kidman with a
Scorpion Death Drop before Booker T forced him out of the ring. Benoit set up Kidman and hit a german suplex,
then a second and a third but Kidman managed to get a shoulder up. Benoit went up top but Kidman cut him
off. Kidman went up for a superplex but
Benoit fought Kidman off and shoved him down to the canvas. Benoit came off with the SWANDIVE HEADBUTT on
Kidman and made the cover for the one ... two ... THREE! Kidman has been eliminated! x Benoit beat Kidman in 13:19 The sides were
now evened up at three each. Kurt Angle
came in and nailed Benoit with a clothesline then tagged out to Triple H. Triple H stomped on Benoit then went for a
suplex but Benoit dropped down and hit a backdrop suplex on The Game for
two. Benoit sent Triple H into the ropes
but Triple H came off with a high knee then made the tag to Kurt Angle. Angle used a fireman's carry on Benoit then
went for clothesline but Benoit took down Angle into the Crippler Crossface. Shamrock came in and broke it up then Jericho
came in and nailed Shamrock. Benoit
crawled over and made the tag to Jericho.
Jericho and Angle went back and forth for a few minutes until Jericho
tagged Benoit back in. Benoit went for a
piledriver but Angle countered it with a backdrop then made the tag to Ken
Shamrock. Shamrock would hit a
belly-to-belly suplex on Benoit then lock him in the ANKLE LOCK! Benoit writhed in pain but somehow managed to
make it to the ropes! Shamrock was
enraged as he exited the ring and grabbed a steel chair from ringside. Shamrock came back in and was about to hit
Benoit but Benoit kicked him in the midsection then grabbed the chair from
Shamrock, kicked him again then blasted Shamrock with the chair! Booker T then reluctantly DISQUALIFIED Chris
Benoit! This was not a popular decision
at all. Chris Benoit has been
eliminated! x Shamrock beat Benoit in 21:50 Chris Benoit
yelled at Booker T then hit Shamrock over the back with the chair and
left. Chris Jericho came in quickly and
hit the LIONSAULT on the downed Shamrock for the one ... two ... THREE! Ken Shamrock has been eliminated! Benoit pulled Shamrock out of the ring and
chopped away on him on the outside until WPW officials seperated them. x Chris Jericho beat Shamrock in 22:30 We were down to
Kurt Angle and Triple H of The Elite against Goldberg and Chris Jericho. Angle came in and hit Jericho with a dropkick
then used a german suplex for the one, two, thr... Jericho kicked out! Angle ran into the ropes but Jericho knocked
him down with a shoulderblock then went for a Lionsault but Angle got the knees
up! Angle hit an overhead belly-to-belly
suplex on Jericho for a near fall. Angle
then tried the Angleplex but Jericho dropped down and hit a faceslam. Jericho then made the tag to Goldberg. Goldberg and Angle went back and forth until
Goldberg hit a gorilla press into a powerslam on Angle. Goldberg lined up Angle for the SPEAR but
Triple H came in and mixed it up with Goldberg.
This brought in Chris Jericho.
Jericho pounded on Triple H but got caught with an ANGLEPLEX from behind
by Kurt Angle! Angle made the cover on
Jericho but he wasn't the legal man.
Goldberg clotheslined The Game out of the ring. Angle questioned Booker T, turned around and
got drilled with the SPEAR~! Goldberg
picked up Angle and nailed the JACKHAMMER for the one ... two ... THREE! Kurt Angle has been eliminated! x Goldberg beat Angle in 26:08 Triple H heard
the announcement of Angle being eliminated then it sunk in that he was on his
own now against Goldberg and Chris Jericho!
Triple H reluctantly stepped into the ring and demanded that Jericho go
out to the apron and Y2J obliged.
Goldberg came at Triple H but Triple H threw Goldberg over the top to
the outside. The Game went out and
pounded on Goldberg on the outside.
Triple H used every trick in the book, using the guardrails, ringposts
and ringsteps to wear down Goldberg.
Triple H rolled Goldberg back in hit a knee drop on Goldberg for
two. Triple H then went for a
clothesline but Goldberg kicked him and hit a pumphandle suplex. Goldberg then locked Triple H in a leg
hamerlock but Triple H managed to get to the ropes. Goldberg took down Triple H with a
clothesline then made the tag to Y2J. Jericho
chopped away on Triple H in the corner.
Jericho tried a suplex but HHH blocked it and hit a suplex of his
own. The Game followed that up with a
DDT for two. Triple H hit a piledriver
on Jericho then set him up for the Pedigree but Goldberg came in and nailed HHH
with a lariat. Jericho flipped over with
a jacknife hold for the one ... two ... THREE! NO! NO! ONLY TWO! Jericho got up and tried to send Triple H
into the corner but Triple H reversed it then charged in but Jericho lifted his
legs. Jericho then hit a spin kick on
Triple H. Both men crawled towards their
corners. Jericho made the tag to
GOLDBERG but there was no one for Triple H to tag. Goldberg came at Triple, who used a drop toe
hold. Triple H set up Goldberg and hit a
piledriver then a kneedrop. Triple H
shoved Jericho off the apron then set up Goldberg for the PEDIGREE! NO! SLINGSHOT COUNTER by GOLDBERG! Triple H stumbles around and gets caught with
the SPEAR~! Goldberg follows it up with
the JACKHAMMER! BUT HE DOESN'T COVER! Goldberg points to Jericho and tags him
in! LIONSAULT on TRIPLE H! Jericho covers ... ONE! TWO! THREE! Triple H has been eliminated! Goldberg and Chris Jericho are the
survivors! Goldberg now gets five
minutes alone with MICK FOLEY! x Chris Jericho beat Triple H in 32:02 WINNERS: Goldberg, Chris Jericho, Chris Benoit and Sting
beat The Elite - 4 falls to 2 in 32:02. Rating: *** 3/4 Goldberg waved Foley into the ring but Foley tried to
leave backing up the entrance but he was stopped by Chris Benoit and
Sting. Sting and Benoit tossed Foley
into the ring as the five minutes began.
Goldberg laughed and went to nail Foley but Jericho stopped him. Jericho pushed Goldberg back then extended a
hand to Mick Foley?! Foley stuck out his
hand then Jericho kicked him in the stomach!
Jericho nailed Foley with a faceslam then the Lionsault! Jericho got up and looked at Goldberg then
the two touched fists before Jericho said, "He's all yours..." then
left then ring and watched on the outside with Chris Benoit, Sting, and Booker
T. Goldberg circled Foley like a vulture
stalking his prey. Goldberg sat on
Foley's chest and started pounding on the forehead of Foley with rights and
lefts. Foley's mouth was bloodied then
Goldberg removed his glove and pounded repeatedly on the forehead of Foley with
bare knuckle shots. Foley covered his
face in defense as he had been split open.
Goldberg got up and waited on Foley then drilled him with a savate
kick. Goldberg played to the crowd a bit
then pounded on Foley some more. Foley
got up and Goldberg hit the SPEAR~!
Goldberg followed that up with a Jackhammer as the five minutes
expired! Goldberg celebrated with Chris
Jericho, Chris Benoit, and Sting as WPW Manchester Massacre came to a close... |
