"Praise" by Sevendust played in the background of the NGW Ring
Wars opening sequence which featured a montage of various New Generation
Wrestling superstars such as; Kane, Chris Kanyon, Randy Orton, The Dudley Boyz,
John Cena, Taz, Brock Lesnar, Eddy Guerrero, Vampiro, Raven, Jeff Jarrett,
Chris Jericho, Rob Van Dam, Booker T, Scott Steiner and more. This is New Generation Wrestling and this is
RING WARS... ['DANGER! DANGER!'] Paul Heyman
walked out of the entrance right off the bat with a big grin on his face. Heyman headed down into the ring where he
took a microphone... HEYMAN:
"Ladies and gentlemen here tonight in Baltimore and around the
world watching on television, I have done what Booker T couldn't do. I have done what Rob Van Dam can't do. I have destroyed the Wolfpac, I have ended
the Wolfpac. Unfortunatly for everyone
of those wrestlers in the back, I have brought those four men together and
brought back the Dangerous Alliance. You
may be thinking to yourselves but Paul, its just a name ... No it's not just a
name. You see before there was the
Wolfpac, before there was the nWo or D-Generation X or the Elite, there was the
Dangerous Alliance. The Dangerous
Alliance dominated this sport like no other group with the right combonation of
talent and my vision, we took down everyone in our path. No one could take the Dangerous Alliance down
so I got fired. That was the only way
the Dangerous Alliance could be defeated, in the board room not in the
ring. So I've been busy for the best ten
years, very busy but every know and then I thought to myself, is it time
yet? Is it time for a new Dangerous
Alliance? No, it wasn't time because I
couldn't find a group of talent on the same page, with the right chemistry,
with the right speed, power, and skill.
But as I sat behind that desk and I watched the former Wolfpac, it was a
sign. A sign that it was time for the
Dangerous Alliance to return. So now it
is my PLEASURE to present to you the four men that make up the Dangerous
Alliance. The four men that along with
my vision will dominate this company and this industry." HEYMAN:
"First we have the biggest name in the history of Mexican
wrestling. He is also the man that at
November To Remeber is going to make Vampiro quit. He is ... KONNAN!"
"Reason" blared over the speakers as 'K-Dawg' Konnan headed out
of the entrance and joined Heyman in the ring... HEYMAN: "The
next man is the first ever United States Heavyweight Champion in this company's
history. He is THE CHOSEN ONE ... JEFF
JARRETT!"
"Cowboy" by Kid Rock blared over the speakers as 'The Chosen
One' Jeff Jarrett made his way out to the ring. HEYMAN: "Now
we have the man regarded as the best wrestler in the world today. There is no one that can do what he does
inside of these ropes. From El Paso,
Texas ... EDDY GUERRERO!" "Siempre
Peligroso" by Cypress Hill brought Eddy Guerrero out to the ring next. HEYMAN: "And
now ... The most impressive physical specimen in the world today. For eight months he beat everyone in this
company within an inch of their lives as the World Champion until he was
ROBBED. Accompanied by his favorite
freak, the uncrowned World Champion ... 'BIG POPPA PUMP' SCOTT STEINER!" "I Need A
Freak" by Too $hort blared over the speakers as 'Big Poppa Pump' Scott
Steiner headed out to the ring along with Trish Stratus. HEYMAN:
"These are the four men that can and will dominate this
industry. These are the four men that I
feel can give life to the Dangerous Alliance and every single wrestler in the
back will cower in fear when they hear the name of the DANGEROUS
ALLIANCE!" ["Can You Dig It, SUCKA?!"] The loudmouth
Heyman was interrupted as Booker T stepped out of the entrance with a
microphone... BOOKER T:
"That's right suckas, Booker T is here to spoil your little
party. You can change the name of your
little clique but you can't change the fact that Booker T is still gonna be on
your ass like Ray Lewis on a wide receiver!
Or Tony Batista on a fastball!
Dangerous Alliance, huh? The only
danger will be one of you hood rats get the guts to face Booker T one on
one!" STEINER: "You
can't handle any one of us one on one!
You don't deserve to be in the ring with any of us but seeing as its our
first night as the Dangerous Alliance, I say we have ourselves a six man tag
team match. Jeff Jarrett, Eddy Guerrero
and the big booty daddy against you and any other two chumps that wanna end
flat on their backs at the hands of the Dangerous Alliance!" BOOKER T:
"You can bet your ass Booker T is bad enough to come take some of
the Dangerous Alliance tonight. I'm sure
there's plenty of guys back there that are just waitin' to get a piece of you
suckas. It's on like neckbone
tonight. Now can you dig that? SUUUUUCCCCKKKKKAAAAA!" We headed to our
first break of the evening. We returned
to just Joey Styles at ringside hyping up the Main Event and KEN SHAMROCK
debuts against RAVEN when "Smells Like Teen Spirit" by Nirvana came
over the speakers and out of the entrance walked DIAMOND DALLAS PAGE! DDP got a big reaction from the crowd as he
slid into the ring and did the BANG sign.
DDP then joined Joey Styles at ringside and told him that when the slot
opened up to do color commentary, he jumped at it. With that we went to the ring for our first
match... (1) Saturn v. D-Von Dudley "Beautiful
People" by Marilyn Manson blasted over the speakers as The Flock's Saturn
headed out to the ring. Then, "Turn
The Tables" by Saliva blared over the speakers as one half of the new NGW
World Tag Team Champions D-Von Dudley made his way out. Saturn & Kanyon won the right to
challenge the World Tag Team Champions at November To Remember and they thought
they'd be facing Chris Jericho & Brock Lesnar but after an assist from Ken
Shamrock, The Dudley Boyz became the two-time World Tag Team Champions. So it will be The Dudley Boyz defending
against Saturn & Chris Kanyon at N2R.
The ending would see Saturn go for a brain buster but D-Von blocked it
and hit a suplex. D-Von headed to the
top and came off with a flying headbutt for the one ... two ... THR ...
NO! Saturn got the shoulder up! D-Von went for a reverse neckbreaker but
Saturn back kicked him low. Saturn hit a
legsweep and headed up for a moonsault but D-Von hit the ropes, crotching
Saturn. D-Von then hit the Hangman's
Neckbreaker out of the corner for the oen ... two ... THREE! D-Von Dudley picks up a strong win over
Saturn. WINNER: D-Von Dudley in 5:48. Rating: * 3/4 After the match,
Chris Kanyon hit the ring and jumped on D-Von.
D-Von came back and tried to send Kanyon into the ropes but Kanyon
pulled D-Von in for the Flatliner! Buh
Buh Ray Dudley hit the ring and wailed away on Kanyon with rights. Saturn grabbed a World Tag Team Title belt
and drilled Buh Buh in the head! Kanyon
set up Buh Buh as Saturn went up top and hit the Bombs Away on Buh Buh! We headed
backstage to see Booker T walking through the back when he saw John Cena. Cena approached Booker... CENA:
"Booker, you don't even have to ask, I'm in.." BOOKER: "One
down, now come with me and see if we can get one more." Booker T and John
Cena continued down the hall then entered a dressing room. Inside the dressing room was the NGW World
Championship, Rob Van Dam... RVD: "What's
goin' on Booker? Cena?" BOOKER: "I'm
sure you saw what went down out there earlier.
John Cena's in now what I wanna know is if you wanna team up with us
tonight and take down the Dangerous Alliance." RVD: "Two
weeks in a row those punks jumped me after I beat Eddy Guerrero and Jeff
Jarrett. They brought RVD into this so
yeah, I'll team up with you guys tonight because really, there is no better
partner then ROB VAN DAM!" The Dangerous
Alliance versus Booker T, John Cena and Rob Van Dam tonight! (2) Brock Lesnar v. Vampiro v. Konnan - Three Way Dance "Head
Up" by Deftones blasted over the speakers as Brock Lesnar headed out to
the ring for this three way dance.
"Kong At The Gates" by The Misfits sounded over the speakers
as 'The Dark Angel' Vampiro stalked his way out to the ring. "Reason" blared over the speakers
as the Dangerous Alliance's Paul Heyman accompanied 'K-Dawg' Konnan out to the
ring. Konnan and Vampiro went right
after each other as Brock Lesnar just stood back. Lesnar then asserted himself, taking out both
men. Konnan and Vampiro teamed up
momentarily to take Lesnar out of the ring with a double clothesline. Heyman tripped up Vampiro allowing Konnan to
hit the 187 for the one ... two ... THREE!
(3:40.) Konnan continued to stomp
away on Vampiro and didn't see Brock Lesnar come back into the ring. Heyman shouted to warn Konnan but when he
turned around, Lesnar lifted him up and hit the Terminator! Heyman cringed as Lesnar covered Konnan for
the one ... two ... THREE! No one can
stop Brock Lesnar... WINNER: Brock Lesnar in 4:01. Rating: * We headed
backstage to see Randy Orton walk up to a dressing room door and try to open
but it was looked. Orton knocked on the
door... ORTON:
"Goldust! You're up
next. Are you sure you wanna go through
with this match against Taz?" GOLDUST:
"(Through the door) Ohhhhh
it's gonna be a marvelous night. You
just watch ... Taz will never forget the name of fffffffffffffffff ....
ORANGEDUST!" ORTON:
"OrangeDust?" (3) Goldust v. Taz - Non-Title "Shattered
Dreams" sounded over the speakers and out of the entrance came Goldust ...
well 'OrangeDust'. Goldust had an orange
and black version of his outfit. Goldust
imitated Taz with a towel over his head.
Goldust stood in the corner with his arms crossed. Then, "WAR MACHINE" blasted over
the speakers as the NGW United States Heavyweight Champion, 'The Human Suplex
Machine' Taz walked out of the ring. Taz
didn't look to amused at all. Goldust
threw the towel in Taz's face and took him down with a quick lariat. Goldust's mind games had become effective in
taking an early advantage on Taz.
Despite his odd demeanor, Goldust is a very tough brawler in the
ring. The ending would see Goldust go
for a bulldog but Taz grabbed him in the Tazmission. Goldust elbowed Taz off then tried to catch
his breath. Taz came at him and Goldust
snapped him over with a quick powerslam for two. Goldust went for the Curtain Call but Taz
flipped over and hit a release german tazplex!
Taz stalked Goldust then grabbed him in the Tazmission for the tapout! Goldust has stepped up his game in the ring
but Taz was just too much for the 'Bizarre One'. WINNER: Taz in 4:10. Rating: ** We headed
backstage to see NGW Commissioner, Shawn Michaels going over a few things with
Jack Lanza when Michaels was approached by Raven. RAVEN: "Look
Shawn, about my match with Ken Shamrock tonight, I'm still really under the
weather. I can't compete tonight but,
uh, Saturn will take my place." MICHAELS:
"The last time I checked being a coward wasn't a disease so if you
wanna keep your job around here, you better get your ass to the ring and take
on Ken Shamrock." RAVEN:
"Fine! But Ken Shamrock will
experience what has come to be done as the Raven Effect. His hopes and dreams, SHATTERED with an
Evenflow. Ken Shamrock will feel my pain
... Quote the Raven, NEVERMORE!" (4) Raven v. Ken Shamrock "Come Out
And Play" by Offspring blared over the speakers as Raven headed out to the
ring. We saw Raven up to his tricks
earlier, trying to get out of this match but had no luck. Then, "I Will Be Heard" by
Hatebreed blasted over the speakers as 'The World's Most Dangerous Man' Ken
Shamrock made his way out for his first match here in NGW. Shamrock is a submission expert but there
were few submissions in this one. Raven
attempted to beat Shamrock by out brawling him.

Chris Jericho ran out and jumped up on the apron but the referee blocked
Jericho from getting in the ring.
Shamrock went over and started trash talking with Jericho. Out of nowhere, X came in through the crowd
with a chair. X drilled Raven in the
head with a brutal chairshot and escaped out of the ring. Shamrock turned around to see Raven
down. Shamrock grabbed Raven in the
Ankle Lock for the win! WINNER: Ken Shamrock in 6:34. Rating: ** 3/4 After the match,
Chris Jericho picked up the chair and drilled Shamrock in the back! Jericho then hit a Lionsault on
Shamrock! Jericho grabbed a
microphone... JERICHO: "You
like that Shamrock? HUH Kenny boy? You like that? That's what you get when you screw with a
larger than life living legend like Chris Jericho! You get hurt!
Ken Scamrock, I want you at November To Remember and I want you to find
out that Chris Jericho is not the man that you wanna mess with around
here!" Shamrock was
getting to his knees and Jericho just KO'ed Shamrock with a chairshot to the
face. Jericho stood over a bloody
Shamrock and raised the steel chair in the air. We headed to the
locker room of the Dangerous Alliance where Paul Heyman was pacing around... HEYMAN: "Rob
Van Dam ... John Cena ... Booker T ... all in one match? This is ... this is ... this is EXACTLY what
we want. The only person Rob Van Dam
cares about is himself. John Cena is
still very inexperienced and Booker T.
Booker T is too worked up for his own good." GUERRERO:
"Those homeys are ripe for the pickin' and we can pick them apart

looking for the big man." SLAUGHTER:
"Which one?" HENNIG:
"*THAT* has got to change." Curt Hennig saw
the big man he was talking about leave a dressing room in the distance. Hennig rushed over to Brock Lesnar. Lesnar looked pleased to see Hennig and shook
his hand. LESNAR:

Disease" by Disturbed blared over the speakers as 'Sick' Scott Vick of The

minutes were very back and forth with the momenteum in favor of
RVD/Booker/Cena. However, midway through
the match the tide turned as with some distractions from Heyman and Stratus,
