"Toxicity" by System Of A Down played in background of a video
montage highlighting the events leading up to the main matches here tonight at
NGW HOSTILE CITY SHOWDOWN. Tonight;
'Dangerous' Devon Storm continues his fight for revenge against The Flock as he
faces Chris Kanyon. After an incredible
month of Cruiserweight Cup action it comes down to Kaz Hayashi and Rey Misterio
Jr. to crown the first ever NGW World Cruiserweight Champion. Raven has brought in a monster in the form of
Kane to do his bidding and what a job Kane has done. Two of Raven's targets have been Saturn and
Sabu. Saturn and Sabu will join forces
against Raven and Kane in tag team action.
Coming out of Animosity, Rob Van Dam looked to make it two wins in two
nights over Eddy Guerrero until Jeff Jarrett interjected himself with a guitar
to head of RVD costing Van Dam the match.
The Whole F'N Show looks to extract revenge from The Chosen One here
tonight. After disposing of Goldust, The
Sandman has gotten back to tag teaming with Too Cold Scorpio. They were the first NGW World Tag Team
Champions and they look to regain the gold from the current champs, The Dudley
Boyz. Chris Jericho turned NGW upside
down when he debuted at Animosity and screwed Stone Cold Steve Austin over in
the World Championship match. Jericho
wants Austin's spot, he wants to move ahead of Austin in the pecking order and
show the world just how great he thinks he is.
But Chris Jericho will have to step in the ring with the man he screwed
over, 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin. Austin
has promised to show Chris Jericho tonight just what happens when you mess with
The Texas Rattlesnake. Scott Steiner has
been terrorizing NGW superstars for months but he took it to a new level with
not one but two attacks on the Commissioner Shawn Michaels. Michaels was going to suspend and strip
Steiner of the World Championship but instead he put Steiner into a Four
Corners Elimination match tonight with the World Championship on the line. Scott Steiner has to defend against 'The Dark
Angel' Vampiro, Eddy Guerrero and the NGW United States Heavyweight Champion,
'The Human Suplex Machine' Taz. Is
Steiner's run finally over or will Big Poppa Pump overcome the odds? It all goes down tonight at Hostile City Showdown... We entered Joe

Steiner (c) - NGW World Championship Four Corners Elimination Match. "WAR MACHINE" blasted over the
speakers as the NGW United States Heavyweight Champion, 'The Human Suplex
Machine' Taz headed out to the ring first.
Taz's U.S. Heavyweight Title is not on the line here. "Siempre Peligroso" by Cypress Hill
blared over the speakers as Eddy Guerrero made his way out to the ring. Guerrero went to having a shot at Taz's US
Title to a shot at the biggest prize of them all, the World Championship. "Kong At The Gates" by The Misfits
sounded over the speakers as 'The Dark Angel' Vampiro stalked his way out to
the ring. One has to wonder just what
condition the ankle of Vampiro is in. He
said its fine but we'll see about that.
Then, "I Need A Freak" by Too $hort is the violent, out of
control, loose cannon, the NGW World Champion, 'Big Poppa Pump' Scorr Steiner
headed out to the ring. This match is a
result of Steiner's defiance towards NGW Commission Shawn Michaels. We've been told that Michaels is not at the
show tonight and is taking a couple weeks off to clear his head. This match will see two men fight it out in
the ring, the other two on the apron who can be tagged in. The match continues until three men have been
eliminated and one man stands as the NGW World Champion. Definatly not in the Champion's favor but
still someone will have to beat Scott Steiner if they want to dethrone
him. As a result of a random drawing
held earlier today, Scott Steiner and Taz started out this Four Corners Main
Event. Steiner and Taz went face to
face. Steiner flexed and Taz backed up
and drilled Steiner with a clothesline but Steiner just stumbled back a bit
then decked Taz with a Steinerline!

ropes. Taz came off with a big
clothesline that took Steiner down and out!

Guerrero. Guerrero came in and circled
Taz. Guerrero and Taz locked up, Taz
twisted the arm but Guerrero went to the eyes, reversed the arm lock but Taz
drilled him with a clothesline. Taz
hammered on Guerrero and sent him into the ropes. Guerrero came off with a dropkick to the
knee. Guerrero scraped Taz's face with
his boot. Steiner now wanted back in so
Guerrero obliged. With Taz down, Big
Poppa Pump came in and wailed away on The Human Suplex Machine. Steiner planted Taz with a belly to belly
suplex for two. Steiner sent Taz into
the ropes and ducked down but Taz hit a swinging neckbreaker and made a tag to
Vampiro. Vampiro came in and went to
town on the man that tried to take him out.

kick. For a moment, Vampiro shook his
ankle in some pain but made a cover on Steiner for two. Vampiro sent Steiner into the ropes, Guerrero
made a blind tag, Steiner ducked a clothesline from Vampiro. Guerrero dropkicked Vampiro in the back and

wrenching it. Guerrero worked over
Vampiro's ankle for a few minutes until Steiner came in and took over on
Vampiro. Steiner was ruthless in his
assault of Vampiro's ankle. Steiner took
Vampiro up top for a belly-to-belly superplex but Vampiro shoved him off and
hit a spinning heel kick! That hurt
Vampiro's ankle but Vampiro got up and called for the Vampiro Spike! Vampiro lifts up Steiner but his ankle can't
support Steiner's weight. Steiner clubs

as he can. The next elimination would
come when Taz went for a Head & Arm Tazplex on Guerrero but Guerrero snuck
in a low blow. Guerrero hit a leg lariat
