  "The Blood, The Sweat, The Tears" by Machine Head played in background of a video montage highlighting the events leading up to the main matches here tonight at NGW Initial Assault.  Tonight; We saw Raven give Saturn a win over Sabu last week, Sabu wants a rematch with Saturn and he'll get it tonight, will Raven interject himself?  In the finals of a tournament to crown the first ever NGW United States Heavyweight Champion, Al Snow goes one-on-one with 'The Chosen One' Jeff Jarrett.  The unorthodox duo of The Sandman and Too Cold Scorpio face off against Maximum Force for the vacant NGW World Tag Team Titles.  The focus here tonight is on the NGW World Championship ... Steve Austin takes on William Regal and Rob Van Dam goes against Scott Steiner with the winners meeting in the Main Event to crown the first ever NGW World Champion!  All that and more right here tonight live on Pay-Per-View, it's NGW INITIAL ASSAULT...

 

  We entered the Reunion Arena as Joey Styles and Paul Heyman welcomed us to Intial Assault and thanked everyone for ordering the event.  They sent us right to the ring to kick things off in a big way...

 

Opening Match: Steve Austin v. William Regal - NGW World Championship Tournament - Semi-Finals.  "Hell Yeah" by Disturbed blasted over the speakers and the fans erupted as 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin headed out to the ring.  Then, "British Doom" by Jim Johnston blared over the speakers and the fans cheers turned to jeers as William Regal made his way out to the ring.  Austin got right in Regal's face began the trash talking.  Regal went for a right but Austin blocked it and hammered away on Regal to kick off the match.  Regal took a powder to the outside but Austin went right out after him.  Regal kneed Austin in the gut then tried to smash his head against the steps, Austin blocked it and opened up on Regal again.  Austin rolled Regal back into the ring.  Austin went for a suplex on Regal but Regal blocked it and hit a vertical suplex on Stone Cold.  Regal hammered on Austin as he got to his feet.  Regal shoved Austin into the corner and connected with some hard forearm shivers.  Regal stepped back, and his demeanor changed to an arrogant wave to the crowd.  Austin exploded out with fists and threw Regal into the corner.  Austin pounded Regal down then stomped a mudhole in him and walked it dry.  Austin picked up Regal and sent him across the ring.  Austin charged in but Regal got the feet up.  Regal hit a european uppercut then planted the Rattlesnake with a double underhook power bomb for the one ... two ... thr ... NO!  Austin kicked out.  Regal picked up Austin and hit some more forearms.  Austin fired back but Regal went to the eyes then smacked Austin with a kneelift.  Regal covered Austin a couple times but couldn't get the count.  This war to determine who moves onto the Main Event for the World Championship tonight waged on for quite a few minutes.  The closing moments of the match would see Regal hit a few knees on Austin near the ropes and send him into the ropes.  Austin came off with a thesz press!  Austin hammered away on Regal then dropped an elbow on him for two.  Austin waited on Regal to get up then went for a kick to setup the Stunner but Regal grabbed the foot, tripped Austin and wrapped him up in the Regal Stretch!  Regal synched it in on Austin as Austin screamed in pain.  Austin loosened Regal's grip and grabbed the ropes for the break.  Regal argued with the referee then picked up Austin and went for the British Neckbreaker but Austin shoved Regal off into the ropes and SPINEBUSTER!  No! Regal raked the eyes and BRITISH NECKBREAKER!  Regal covers Austin ...

AUSTIN KICKED OUT AT 2.9999!  AUSTIN GOT A SHOULDER UP!  Regal couldn't believe it!  Regal went into the corner, went into his tights and put on the brass knuckles.  Regal waited on Austin, lined him up, and went for a big right ... Austin blocks it ... kick to the gut ... STONE COLD STUNNER!  Austin covers Regal...

Match #2: Scott Steiner v. Rob Van Dam - NGW World Championship Tournament - Semi-Finals.  "I Am Hated" by SlipKnot blasted over the speakers as Midajah led out 'Big Poppa Pump' Scott Steiner.  We know that the winner of this match will face off with 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin later here tonight to crown the first ever NGW World Champion.  Then, "Walk" by Pantera blared over the speakers as 'The Whole F'n Show' Rob Van Dam headed out to the ring.  A complete clash of styles here with the methodical powerful Steiner against the high impact, high flying, high risk Rob Van Dam.  Steiner and RVD locked up with Steiner grabbing RVD in a side headlock.  Van Dam shoved Steiner off into the ropes, Steiner came off with a clothesline but RVD ducked and caught Steiner with a spinning heel kick!  Van Dam then spiked Steiner with a DDT for two.  RVD headed up top and came off with a high crossbody but Steiner caught Van Dam and powerslammed him hard to the mat.  Steiner flexed his freaky biceps and trash talked Van Dam.  Steiner worked over RVD with some forearms in the corner.  Steiner backed up and charged in but Van Dam moved.  RVD hit a couple punches, back flipped then ran in spearing Steiner in the corner.  Steiner fell to the mat and Van Dam went for a split legged moonsault but Steiner rolled out of the way.  Steiner and Van Dam both got to their feet and traded punches.  Van Dam went for a roundhouse kick but Steiner ducked then threw Van Dam with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex!  Steiner kissed the bicep and dropped the arrogant elbow on Van Dam for two.  Big Poppa Pump continued to use his awesome strength to his advantage, overpowering Van Dam and keeping him on the mat.  When Van Dam got the match going fast, he could outmaneuver and frustrate Steiner.  The closing moments of the match would see Steiner hit a gorilla press slam on RVD.  Steiner picked up Van Dam and then dropped him with a top-rope samoan drop!  Steiner covered RVD for the one ... two ... THR ... NO!  Van Dam kicked out at the last second!  Steiner picked up Van Dam and went for a double underhook power bomb but Van Dam landed on his feet and caught Steiner with a chin crusher!  Van Dam quickly went up top and came off with the Five Star Frog Splash!  Steiner moves!  Steiner rolled over and covered RVD for the one ... two ... THR ... NO! NO!  RVD kicked out!  Steiner rolled to the outside while Midajah got up on the apron and distracted the referee.  Steiner grabbed a chair and came back into the ring ... RVD CONNECTS WITH A VAN DAMINATOR!  RVD kicks the chair out of the ring and covers Steiner ... The referee finally turns around ...

                              ...THR ... NO! NO! NO! Midajah puts Steiner's foot on the ropes!  Van Dam can't believe it!  Van Dam is going after Midajah!  RVD chased Midajah around the ring until the referee slipped out and got in the middle.  Wait a minute ... Steiner comes from behind with the chair ... Van Dam turns around ... CRACK!  Steiner beheaded RVD with that steel chair!  Van Dam is busted open!  Steiner rolls Van Dam into the ring and slaps on the Steiner Recliner!  Van Dam is out!  The referee checks the arm three times ... SCOTT STEINER has stolen this match!  Big Poppa Pump will go onto meet 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin later tonight to crown a NGW World Champion!  Van Dam was robbed!

COACH:  "Stone Cold, it's now set for later tonight, it'll be you one-on-one with 'Big Poppa Pump' Scott Steiner to crown the first ever NGW World Champion, what's your gameplan against the extremely powerful and dangerous Big Poppa Pump?"

 

AUSTIN:  "I'm gonna do the same thing to Big Poppa Pump that I did to William Regal tonight, I'm gonna open up a six-pack of whoop ass on Steiner!  I'm gonna grab his silly bleached head and smash it against the turnbuckle once ... What?  Twice.  What?  Three times.  What?  Four Times.  What?  Then I'm gonna kick that sumbitch right in the gut and WHAM! Stone Cold Stunner!  What?  I'm gonna hit that sumbitch with a Stunner!  So Scott Steiner if you think you're gonna bully Stone Cold Steve Austin around in that ring ... EH! EH! That just ain't gonna happen because there can be only one first ever NGW World Champion and that man is Stone Cold Steve Austin.  And that's the bottom line ... What? CAUSE STONE COLD SAID SO!"

 

  As Austin turned to leave, Scott Steiner walked right up into his face...

 

STEINER:  "You're right you stupid redneck, there can be only one World Champion but it ain't you, its me ... the big bad booty daddy ... Big Poppa Pump ... SCOTT STEINER!  I hope they fixed your neck up real good when you had that surgery, redneck, or else I'll rip it right off your shoulders!"

 

AUSTIN:  "You won't be doin' nothing, jackass, cause I'll be whippin' your ass all over Dallas!"

 

  NGW Officials got in between Stone Cold and Big Poppa Pump preventing a physical altercation.  Steve Austin and Scott Steiner, later tonight, only one man will walk out of Dallas the NGW World Champion...

 

Match #3: Marc Mero & Evan Karagias & Jamie Knoble v. Balls Mahoney & The Dudley Boyz - Six Man Tag Team Tables Match.  "You Know It's Hard" by Crystal Method blared over the speakers as Evan Karagias & Jamie Knoble along with their tag team partner, 'Marvelous' Marc Mero and his wife Rena made their way out to the ring first.  Then, Then, "Dead Cell" by Papa Roach blared over the speakers as The Dudley Boyz and Balls Mahoney headed out to the ring.  The rules are simple, the first team to put a member of the opposing team through a table wins the match.  This match was signed after The Dudley Boyz had an altercation with superbitch Rena Mero backstage then Marc cost them a match later that evening against Knoble & Karagias.  The Dudley Boyz paid back Mero by costing him a match against Balls Mahoney.  That brings us to this six man match.  It wouldn't be long until this one erupted into a chaotic pier six brawl.  The closing moments of the match would see Marc Mero put Buh Buh on the table in the ring.  Mero went up top for a Marvelosity but D-Von got in and crotched Mero up top.  Buh Buh got off the table and the Dudleyz tried to superplex Mero through the table but Jamie Knoble knocked the table out of the way and Mero hit canvas.  Karagias came in and helped Knoble take on the Dudleyz.  That was until Balls Mahoney returned from the outside and took out Knoble and Karagias with chairshots!  Marc Mero stumbled to his feet right into a 3D - Dudley Death Drop through the table!  Good night, this one is over The Dudley Boyz and Balls Mahoney pick up a solid win in this six man tag team Tables Match!

  Afterwards, Rena came into the ring and slapped Buh Buh Ray.  Buh Buh grabbed her by the hair and yelled ... "D-VON!  GET THE TABLE!"  D-Von went to the outside and grabbed a fresh table from under the ring.  He brought it in and set it up.  Buh Buh was going to take Rena up top but Marc grabbed her at the last second and the two high tailed it out of the ring...

  Taz was shown with a shredded towel over his head...

 

TAZ:  "Diamond Dallas Page ... DDP ... The so-called self-made man.  DDP, I used to respect you, like all those people respected you because you worked your ass off to do what no one said you could do.  The odds were against you but you made it and you made it big.  What happened to that DDP?  You got a taste of the spotlight and it changed you, brotha.  Your ego grew and grew and grew and now in your twisted mind you think that you're so important that you can help people.  Well, DDP, I'm Taz and I'm a miserable son of a bitch and I ain't never gonna change, not for you, not for nobody.  So Poistively Page, your mood is about to change!  BEAT ME IF YOU CAN ... SURVIVE IF I LET YOU!"

 

Match #4: Diamond Dallas Page v. Taz.  "Helping Hand" by StainD blared over the speakers as Diamond Dallas Page headed out to the ring with the stupid grin on his face.  DDP tried to motivate Taz but he may have gotten in over his head.  Then, "War Machine Survive Mix" blasted over the speakers as 'The Human Suplex Machine' Taz walked slowly out to the ring with a shredded towel over his head.  Taz stepped into the ring and just glared across the ring at DDP.  Page walked up to Taz, smiled then smacked Taz in the face.  Big mistake.  Taz unloaded on DDP, beating him all around the ring.  Taz threw Page with a Wheelbarrow Tazplex!  Taz took DDP into the corner, climbed it and pounded on him.  DDP then drilled Taz low.  DDP knocked down Taz with a spinning clothesline.  Page kept on Taz and worked over him with some brawling.  Taz fought back and tossed DDP out of the ring.  Taz went out and brawled back and forth with DDP on the outside.  Taz got the advantage and brought Taz back into the ring.  Taz drilled Page with a crushing lariat for two.  Taz then went for the Tazmission but DDP elbowed him off, kicked Taz and planted him with a spinning power bomb for two!  The two battled back and forth for few minutes.  The closing moments of the match would see Taz take Page up to the top rope but DDP fought Taz off.  DDP dove off but Taz caught him and hit a big belly-to-belly Tazplex!  Taz covered Page for the one ... two ... THR ... NO! NO! DDP kicked out!  Taz picked up Diamond Dallas Page and hooked him up for a Head & Arm Tazplex but Page elbowed him and DIAMOND CUTTER! NO! Taz shoves Page off into the ropes and dumps him on his head with a Head & Arm Tazplex!  DDP is seeing stars as he stumbled to his feet ... Taz measures DDP and TAZMISSION!  Taz has DDP locked in the Tazmission!  DDP taps out!  Taz takes a dominant win over Diamond Dallas Page!

Match #5: Saturn v. Sabu.  "Real Solution #9" by White Zombie blasted over the speakers as Saturn headed out to the ring for this rematch from Ring Wars.  On Ring Wars, Raven interjected himself in an Extreme Rules match between Saturn and Sabu, giving Saturn the win prompting this return match.  Then, "Little Crazy" by Fight blared over the speakers as Bill Alfonso led out 'The Human Highlight Reel' Sabu.  Saturn and Sabu slugged it out to start and brawled around the ring.  Saturn went for a suplex but Sabu blocked it and suplexed Saturn out to the floor.  Sabu jumped out with a tope onto Saturn!  Sabu got the worst of it and Saturn took control on the outside.  Saturn rolled Sabu in and hit a release tiger suplex.  Saturn went up top and came off with a flying elbowdrop but Sabu rolled out of the way.  Sabu hit a DDT on Saturn then a springboard legdrop!  Sabu got a two count on Saturn.  Sabu took Saturn up top and hit a top rope frankensteiner for another near fall.  Sabu pounded on Saturn and send him into the ropes but Saturn came off with a bodypress for two.  Saturn hit a few punches then a lariat on Sabu.  Saturn slapped on the Rings Of Saturn but Sabu managed to get to the ropes for the break.  Sabu and Saturn went back and forth for a few more minutes.  The closing moments of the match would see Sabu sent Saturn into the corner and came in with an Air Sabu!  Saturn rolled out to the floor and Sabu came out with an asait moonsault!  It took a few moments to recover until Sabu rolled Saturn into the ring.  Sabu hit a springboard splash for two.  Fonzie passed Sabu a chair and he went for the Triple Jump Moonsault but Saturn rolled out of the way.  Saturn planted Sabu with a Falcon Arrow for 2 1/2.  Saturn picked up Sabu and hit a northern lights suplex for the one ... two ... THR ... NO! NO! Saturn headed up top and came off with a flying splash for two.  Saturn set up the chair and tried Sabu's Triple Jump Moonsault but Sabu got the knees up!  Sabu grabbed the chair and hit an Atomic Arabian Facebuster for the one ... two ... thr ... NO! Saturn got a shoulder up!  Sabu went out of the ring and grabbed a table.  Sabu brought it into the ring and set it up but Saturn had recovered and caught Sabu with a DDT!  Saturn placed Sabu on the table then went up top and came off with a flying elbowdrop but Sabu rolled out of the way!  Saturn crashed through the table!  Sabu kicked away the broken pieces of table then hit the Triple Jump Moonsault on Saturn for the one ... two ... THREE!  Sabu pulls out a hard fought win over Saturn.

  After the match, some highlights were shown then we returned to the ring as Saturn was getting to his feet.  RAVEN came through the crowd and into the ring.  Raven stood behind Saturn and struck a crucifix pose.  Saturn stumbled around and Raven went for an Evenflow DDT but Saturn countered with a release northern lights suplex.  Saturn then got ontop of Raven and started choking him.  That's when 'Sick' Scott Vick, 'Dangerous' Devon Storm, and Chris Kanyon jumped out of the crowd and jumped on Saturn!  Kanyon, Storm and Vick assaulted Saturn in the ring with a brutal three-on-one assault.  Raven got to his feet, Saturn was fed into him and he spiked Saturn with an Evenflow DDT!  Raven stood over Saturn then left through the crowd being trailed by Kanyon, Storm and Vick...

 

Match #6: Jeff Jarrett v. Al Snow - NGW United States Heavyweight Title Tournament Finals.  "Cowboy" by Kid Rock blasted over the speakers as 'The Chosen One' Jeff Jarrett headed out to the ring with a guitar in hand.  Then, "Breathe" by Prodigy blared over the speakers as Al Snow with Head made his way out to the ring.  Our first champion in NGW would be crowned here as Jarrett and Snow battled it out to be the first ever NGW US Heavyweight Champion.  Snow and Jarrett locked up and exchanged some counters to start.  Snow took Jarrett down but Jarrett went to the ropes.  Jarrett ridiculousy complained that Snow pulled his hair.  Snow and Jarrett locked back up and did some more counter wrestling until Snow hit a spin kick for one.  Snow followed that up with a vertical suplex.  Snow went up to the second rope and came off with a legdrop but Jarrett rolled out of the way.  Jarrett hammered on Snow then went for a piledriver but Snow countered it with a backdrop.  Snow sent Jarrett into the ropes and ducked down for a backdrop but Jarrett stopped and caught Snow with the piledriver for two.  Jarrett kicked Snow to the outside and tried a baseball slide dropkick but Snow moved.  Snow hammered on Jarrett then rolled him back in.  Snow hit some hard chops on Jarrett.  Snow went for a northern lights suplex but Jarrett countered it with a DDT.  Jarrett went for a single arm DDT but Snow rushed Jarrett into the corner.  Snow opened up on Jarrett with some more chops, pulled him out and hit a series of headbutts!  Snow finished it with a big headbutt for two.  Jarrett and Snow battled back and forth in a solid match.  The closing moments of the match would see Snow hit a superkick on Jarrett then go for a moonsault but Jarrett rolled out of the way.  Both men crawled to their feet and exchanged punches until Snow ducked a punch and hit a german suplex for two.  Snow then tried the Snow Plow but Jarrett dropped out and went for the Stroke but Snow elbowed Jarrett.  Snow headed up top but Jarrett cut him off and hit a superplex.  Jarrett went for a figure-four leglock but Snow rolls him up ... ONE ... TWO ... THR ... NO! NO! NO!  Jarrett got a shoulder up!  Snow and Jarrett got up.  Snow went for a lariat but Jarrett ducked, Snow hit the referee ... NO ... Snow stopped short.  Jarrett nails Snow low!  The referee didn't see it.  Jarrett hits the Stroke for the one ... two ... THREE!  'The Chosen One' Jeff Jarrett is the first ever NGW United States Heavyweight Champion!

Match #7: Maximum Force v. The Sandman & Too Cold Scorpio - NGW World Tag Team Titles Tournament Finals.  "Simon Says" by Drain STH blared over the speakers as Dawn Marie led Maximum Force of Simon Diamond and Swinger out to the ring first.  Then, "Enter Sandman" by Metallica blasted over the speakers as the unorthodox duo of 'The Extreme Icon' The Sandman and Too Cold Scorpio made their way out to the ring.  Maximum Force got by The Dudley Boyz in the first round while Sandman and Scorpio beat Knoble & Karagias.  The winners here will be crowned the first ever NGW World Tag Team Champions.  The Sandman and Swinger would start things off for their team.  Sandman tried to brawl but Swinger went to the eyes.  Swinger pounded Sandman and went for a sleeper but Sandman hit a jawbreaker.  Sandman tried a suplex but Swinger countered it with one of his one.  Swinger stomped away on Sandman then sent him into the corner.  Swinger charged in but Sandman moved and hit a White Russian Legsweep!  Sandman made the tag in to Scorpio.  Scorpio hit some punches, did some dancing then hit a jumping side kick.  Swinger rolled over and tagged in Simon.  Simon and Scorpio went at it on this past Ring Wars with Simon getting the win.  Simon and Scorpio traded some reversals and counter wrestling until Scorpio shoved Diamond off into the ropes but Simon countered off with a clothesline.  Simon then used a cobra clutch suplex on Scorpio for two.  Simon went for a northern lights suplex but Scorpio blocked it and made the tag to Sandman.  Sandman opened up on Simon, brawling around the ring then went for anotehr White Russian Legsweep but Simon blocked it and hit a side suplex.  Simon pulled Sandman into his corner and made quick tags with Swinger, double teaming the Extreme Icon.  This set the tone for the rest of the match with Maximum Force isolating either Scorpio or Sandman in their corner and wearing them out.  The closing moments of the match would see Swinger go for a huracanrana on Scorpio but Scorpio countered it with a diving power bomb.  Scorpio headed up top and came off with the Tumbleweed but Swinger rolled out of the way.  Scorpio made the tag to Sandman.  Sandman came in and drilled Simon off the apron preventing Swinger from making the tag.  Sandman planted Swinger with a DDT.  Sandman headed up top but Simon crotched Sandman!  Scorpio ran around the outside after Simon and brawled with him on the outside.  Swinger went up top and went for a superplex but Sandman blocked it and shoved Swinger down to the canvas.  Sandman came off with the Flying Legdrop!  It connects!  Sandman covers Swinger for the one ... two ... THREE! The Sandman and Too Cold Scorpio are the first ever NGW World Tag Team Champions!

  Afterwards, Sandman and Scorpio celebrated in the ring with with their championship belts...

 

  We then cut to a shot of 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin sitting with his head buried in his fists.  Austin got up and exited his dressing room.  We watched as Austin walked through the halls.  The Texas Rattlesnake is as focused as ever. We then cut to a shot of 'Big Poppa Pump' Scott Steiner putting on his shades and exiting his dressing room with Midajah. Steiner stretched out his neck and arms as he walked down the hall.  Two huge superstars ... Only one can be World Champion ... RIGHT NOW!

 

Main Event: Steve Austin v. Scott Steiner - NGW World Championship Tournament Finals.  We then cut out to the ring, a buzz throughout the arena.  NGW Ring Announcer, Howard Finkel stood in the ring with a microphone...

 

FINKEL:  "...The following contest is the MAIN EVENT of the evening!  It's scheduled for one fall with a one hour time limit ... And it is for the vacant New Generation Wrestling World Championship!"

 

  The glass shattered as "Hell Yeah" by Disturbed blasted over the speakers and out of the entrance came 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin.  Austin headed out to the ring, and took to the four corners...

 

FINKEL:  "Introducing first from Victoria, Texas ... standing at 6 feet 2 inches and weighing in at 252 pounds ... STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN!"

 

  Then the sirens took us into "I Am Hated" by SlipKnot as 'Big Poppa Pump' Scott Steiner made his way out to the ring with his favorite freak, Midajah.  Steiner flexed his enormous muscles for the crowd as he was introduced...

  With both men in the ring, NGW Head Referee Earl Hebner held up the NGW World Championship, explained to each man that he was going to let them fight but if they cross the line, he will not hesitate to disqualify them.  Hebner passed the belt to the time keeper and called for the bell.  Austin and Steiner got in each other's faces for a brief staredown then began trading punches.  Austin and Steiner slugged it out with Steiner overpowering Austin in the corner.  Steiner pounded Austin down then flexed his biceps.  Austin returned fire pounding away on Big Poppa Pump.  Austin sent Steiner into the ropes but Steiner came off with a Steinerline for two.  Steiner sent Austin into the ropes but Austin stopped and whipped Steiner's head down tot he mat.  Austin began to work on the kene of Steiner a bit, kicking it down.  Steiner came back with a out of nowhere elbowsmash then headed out to the floor.  Steiner was walking off the damage to his knee.  Austin rolled out and went right at Steiner.  Austin rolled Steiner back in and hit a back suplex.  Austin then went for a german suplex but Steiner back kicked Austin and threw him with a T-Bone Suplex.  Steiner tried a double underhook power bomb but Austin blocked it with a backdrop.  Austin pounded Steiner into the corner and took him up for a superplex but Steiner shoved him off.  Steiner jumped down then stomped away on Austin.  Steiner kissed the bicep and dropped the elbow.  Steiner picked up Austin and went for a gorilla press but Austin dropped down the back and shoved Steiner out of the ring.  Austin went out and smashed Steiner into the ring post.  Austin rolled Steiner back in and went for a spinebuster but Steiner blocked it and hit a belly-to-belly suplex.  Steiner and Austin waged war back and forth for quite some time in a great brawl.  The closing moments of the match would see Austin stun Steiner with a few punches then go for a Thesz Press but Steiner caught him and threw him with a powerful overhead belly-to-belly suplex.  Steiner followed that up with a running powerslam for two.  Steiner went for a tilt-a-whirl slam but Austin dropped out and grabbed a Million Dollar Dream!  Steiner back Austin into the corner to break it.  Steiner threw Austin with a T-Bone Suplex!  Steiner locked Austin in the Steiner Recliner!  Steiner has Austin trapped in the Steiner Recliner!  Austin scratched and clawed his way towards the ropes ... can he?  ... YES HE CAN!  Austin gets the ropes to break the hold!  Steiner was livid!  Steiner intimidated Hebner into the corner.  Steiner turned around ... Austin surprises Steiner with a STONE COLD STUNNER!  Austin's hurting from the Recliner ... he crawls over and lays an arm on Steiner...

                              ...THR ... NO! NO! Steiner gets a shoulder up at the last second!  Steiner and Austin slowly crawled to their feet.  Austin kicked Steiner and went for a second Stunner but Steiner threw Austin off into the ropes, Austin rebounded with a clothesline, Steiner ducks and Austin nails Hebner!  Hebner bumps through the ropes hard to the outside.  Austin hits a spinebuster on Steiner!  William Regal is coming out to the ring and he's got brass knuckles on his hand!  Regal gets up on the apron but Austin sees him and drills Regal first sending him down to the concrete.  Midajah just went under the ring and passed Steiner a lead pipe!  Austin turns around ... Steiner swings ... Austin ducks!  Austin ducks!  Austin kicks Steiner ... STUNNER! STUNNER!  NO! NO! Steiner shoves Austin off ... Regal's back up on the apron and drills Austin in the temple with the brass knuckles.  Austin stumbles around and Steiner tees off with the lead pipe!  OUCH!  Austin is busted open!  Austin is a bloody mess!  AUSTIN IS OUT COLD!  Steiner slapped the Steiner Recliner on Austin while Regal rolled Hebner into the ring.  Hebner lifts Austin's arm once ...

                                    ...THREE TIMES!  That's it!  Hebner calls for the bell!  SCOTT STEINER IS THE FIRST EVER NGW WORLD CHAMPION!  Joey Styles yelled that Austin got screwed but Heyman said, the fact of the matter is that like it or not, Scott Steiner is the NGW World Champion!
